The Directorate against Organized Crime has expanded an operation targeting tax fraud involving 100 million euros. Authorities have arrested 50 people, including an accountant and the owner, Angelos Giannakopoulos. The investigation now covers 520 companies. Investigators are looking into more than 200 shops. Many of these businesses are suspected of using straw men to operate.
