Polls conducted after the closing of voting show Iliana Iotova and her running mate Kiril Valchev lead the presidential election. The pair secured 36.5% of the votes. They are followed closely by Andrey Gurov and his companion Georgi Kandev. This second pair received 32.4% of the votes.
