Final OS Analysis Results from Phase III OptiTROP-Lung04 Study of Sacituzumab Tirumotecan (sac-TMT) Presented at 2026 ESMO
Results from the Phase III OptiTROP-Lung04 study on sacituzumab tirumotecan were presented at 2026 ESMO. The treatment extended median overall survival by 8.5 months compared to platinum-based doublet chemotherapy. Specifically, survival was 25.9 months versus 17.4 months. There was a 31% reduction in the risk of death. The 2-year survival rate improved by 16.9%, reaching 54.1% compared to 37.2%. The median follow-up period for the study was 32.3 months.
