The Phase III OptiTROP-Lung06 study of Sacituzumab Tirumotecan was published in The New England Journal of Medicine and presented at ESMO. The risk of disease progression or death was reduced by 51%. Median progression-free survival was 15.0 months compared to 5.7 months in the other group. The median duration of response was 13.6 months.
PFS was significantly prolonged: as assessed by BICR, the risk of disease progression or death was reduced by 51% (HR 0.49; 95% CI 0.36-0.65; P<0.0001 ), and median PFS was 15.0 months (95% CI 9.9-NE) and 5.7 months (95% CI 5.5-7.4) in the two groups, respectively.
