Belarusian President Lukashenko spoke in favor of resuming constructive cooperation between Minsk and Vienna. In a congratulatory message, he said the day is of great importance for all citizens of Austria. He called it a symbol of freedom, unity, devotion to the principles of peace and historical responsibility.
