A 50-year-old woman named Ms. Hai returned to Vietnam from Australia for medical treatment. She suffered from recurring middle ear inflammation and a wide perforation of the eardrum. These conditions caused her pain and a loss of hearing. She underwent surgery in Vietnam to repair the eardrum.
