A ride-hailing driver required a patient named Mr. Duong and his family to exit the vehicle in the middle of the road during a hospital transfer. The driver acted out of fear that the patient might vomit and dirty the car. The patient died a few hours after being left on the street. The driver is now required to pay compensation.
