Blendi Gonxhe discussed the democratic movements of 1990 and the current political climate. He noted that students at that time rose in revolt against a dictatorial system that limited freedom. This movement reflected the shared desires of young people and all Albanians for a democratic state. The students acted quickly to determine their own fate and express their goals.
