The Polisario Front has renewed its rejection of proposals circulating at the United Nations over the future of the MINURSO mission and the negotiations on the Sahara. A US draft before Security Council members would restructure the UN mission and make Morocco's autonomy plan under Moroccan sovereignty the sole basis for talks aimed at settling the conflict. The separatist front set out its position in a letter, according to the report.
