The previous government reported military personnel numbers to NATO that were higher than the actual figures for several years. The Ministry of Defense has since corrected these numbers. According to the ministry, the discrepancy resulted from a previous rejuvenation process. The handover of the Military Hospital also contributed to the incorrect data.
