Russia said on Monday that agreeing to talks with the United States and Ukraine to seek a way to end the war does not mean the conflict is slowing down. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told journalists that the decision to resume trilateral talks includes no restrictions on combat operations. He added that Russia's armed forces continue to carry out intensive strikes on Ukraine's military-industrial complex.
