The Association of Administrative Judges has expressed disapproval of B. Floridis. They state that no judge should feel obligated to adjust their judgment to match the opinions of their superiors. The association argues that judges should not risk public devaluation because they disagree with those above them in the hierarchy.
«Κανένας δικαστής δεν οφείλει να προσαρμόζει την κρίση του στις απόψεις ανωτέρων του ή να διακινδυνεύει τη δημόσια ηθική απαξίωσή του επειδή διαφωνεί μαζί τους», τονίζει η Ένωση Διοικητικών Δικαστών.
