Burkina Faso has increased the amount of petroleum products it moves through Ghana. This share rose from 15 percent in 2024 to 40 percent. The Tema Oil Refinery and other petroleum institutions are driving this growth. Their goal is to strengthen the role of Ghana as a regional hub for fuel supply.
