This is the seventh and final part of a guide to building a local AI stack, focused on offline deployment. Internet access is needed only while assembling the stack. Once all Python packages have been downloaded into offline_packages/, the project can be moved to a machine without a network and deployed from the local repository. The article explains how to create a snapshot of dependencies and restore the stack on a clean Debian 12 system.
