Winter weather has arrived in Poland with sudden snowfall. Snow is falling heavily in the Tatra Mountains and has covered Gubałówka and higher towns in Podhale. While Zakopane is seeing mostly rain, the weather changes quickly at higher elevations. The IMGW predicts the snow cover in the Tatras will increase by about 7 centimeters.
Śnieg w Tatrach pada coraz intensywniej, a biało zrobiło się także na Gubałówce i w wyżej położonych miejscowościach Podhala. W samym Zakopanem pojawia się głównie deszcz, ale wystarczy pojechać wyżej, by zobaczyć zupełnie inną aurę. IMGW prognozuje w Tatrach przyrost pokrywy śnieżnej o około 7 cm.
