Karin Kneissl, Austria’s former foreign minister and head of the G.O.R.K.I. center at St Petersburg State University, criticized the European Commission. She said the Commission has an excess of political scientists and sociologists and too few lawyers and people who understand the hierarchy of norms. RIA Novosti reported her remarks.
