The special prosecutor's office in Pristina filed an indictment against S.R. The charges relate to alleged involvement in a conflict in Banjska near Zvečan in September 2023. The individual is accused of committing a terrorist act. He also faces charges of serious crimes against the constitutional order and security of Kosovo.
Specijalno tužilaštvo privremenih institucija u Prištini podiglo je optužnicu protiv S.R. zbog navodnog učešća u sukobu u Banjskoj kod Zvečana u septembru 2023. godine, tereteći ga za navodna krivična dela "izvršenje terorističkog dela" i "teška krivična dela protiv ustavnog poretka i bezbednosti" tzv. Kosova.
