Podpisali pogodbe za gradnjo 450 stanovanj v Celju, Kranju in Mirni
Slovenia’s state Housing Fund signed construction contracts with three firms: Tosidos, Remont, and TGH. The agreements cover the building of a total of 450 new public rental apartments. The apartments will be distributed across the towns of Celje, Kranj, and Mirna. The combined value of the contracts is 62.67 million euros, excluding VAT. The announcement was released by the Housing Fund as part of its housing programme. The projects are expected to increase the supply of affordable rental housing in the selected municipalities.
Stanovanjski sklad RS je s podjetji Tosidos, Remont in TGH podpisal pogodbe za izgradnjo skupno 450 novih javnih najemnih stanovanj v Celju, Kranju in Mirni. Skupna vrednost pogodb znaša 62,67 milijona evrov brez DDV, so sporočili iz stanovanjskega sklada.
