Human Rights Watch accused the Houthi militia of blowing up parts of a vital road leading to Taiz. The organization warned that targeting this main artery for food, medicine and fuel supplies deepens residents’ suffering and threatens their lives. It said the attack could amount to a war crime and that explosives were used.
