Former Bayern Munich and Germany midfielder Michael Ballack spoke about who should win this year's Ballon d'Or. He said that since Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo are not among the favorites, Harry Kane deserves the award. Ballack pointed to Kane's large number of goals for Bayern and the England national team as the reason.
