Romanian Customs authorities have notified the police after nearly 700,000 euros disappeared. The money was seized at the beginning of the year at Otopeni Airport and stored at the Otopeni Travelers Border Customs Office. An internal investigation was launched to find the funds. Upon inspection, the bag that should have held the money contained only sheets of paper and a single banknote.
Autoritatea Vamală Română a sesizat Poliția și a declanșat un control intern după dispariția unei sume de aproape 700.000 de euro, reținută la începutul anului pe Aeroportul Otopeni și depozitată ulterior în sediul Biroului Vamal de Frontieră Aeroport Otopeni Călători.
