The Municipal Civil Court in Zagreb is proceeding with a lawsuit filed by the Medikol Polyclinic against member of parliament Ivana Kekin. This is the second of seven lawsuits filed by the clinic. The court rejected the politician's objection that the case was a SLAPP lawsuit.
