The President of the National Parliament, Maria Fernanda Lay, met with a delegation of Justice Ministers from CPLP member states. The meeting took place on a Monday in Dili. Justice Minister Sérgio Hornai led the delegation. The purpose of the gathering was to discuss online fraud. The ministers wanted to hear the perspectives of the second sovereign organ leader regarding a CPLP conference.
