An American tourist fell approximately 10 meters at the Cinchona waterfall in Alajuela. The Red Cross responded to the incident with a rescue operation. They deployed five vehicles to the site. A total of 11 rescuers participated in the effort to save the man. The rescue process lasted for six hours.
