Azerbaijan is opening up to Morocco on artificial intelligence while warning about hybrid wars. Hikmat Farhad oglu Hajiyev, an assistant to Azerbaijan's president, said rapid advances in AI and social media are creating growing responsibility and accountability challenges. He said it is becoming harder to distinguish truth from fabrication as these technologies overlap and their reach expands.
