The basic state prosecutor’s office in Podgorica received a video that allegedly shows former head of the criminal police’s security department, Zoran Bašanović, assaulting a woman. In the footage Bašanović can be heard shouting, 'Stay away from me, I can’t breathe', while behaving violently toward the female individual. The prosecutor’s office confirmed that an incident occurred. Bašanović has been named as a suspect for the alleged maltreatment. The case is now under criminal investigation. Authorities have not yet released further procedural details.
Osnovno državno tužilaštvo u Podgorici upoznato je sa snimkom na kojem se navodno vidi doskorašnji načelnik kriminalističke policije Odeljenja bezbednosti Podgorica Zoran Bašanović kako se nasilnički ponaša prema jednoj ženskoj osobi i utvrđuje kako je došlo do incidenta.
