The General Staff of Ukraine's Armed Forces and Russia's Ministry of Defense confirmed that a previously agreed ceasefire has taken effect. The truce applies to the area around Alyoshky, a city occupied by Russian troops and known in Ukrainian as Oleshky. Both sides confirmed that the ceasefire regime entered into force.
