Thomas Carlander bought an electric scooter from the electronics chain Netonnet. Several months after the purchase, he realized the vehicle is illegal for road use. He is now filing a complaint with the National Board for Consumer Disputes. The buyer questioned where he is supposed to ride the scooter if it is banned from streets and bike paths.
Flera månader efter köpet hos Netonnet insåg Thomas Carlander att hans elsparkcykel är olaglig att köra i trafik. Nu anmäler han elektronikkedjan till Allmänna reklamationsnämnden. – Om den inte går att köra på gator eller cykelvägar, var ska jag köra den? säger han.
