Liolios denies all accusations and claims he has no involvement in the matter. He is requesting his release under restrictive conditions. The individual stated he is willing to resign from every administrative position within the Hellenic Basketball Federation. He also offered to stay away from all basketball activities until the legal case reaches a final conclusion.
