Ezin Gilles Zounguè will now serve as a deputy in the National Assembly. He was the elected substitute for the 22nd constituency. Zounguè is leaving his role as head of the questure to take the seat. This follows the appointment of Jean-Michel Abimbola as ambassador to France on October 7.
