Proença de Carvalho has opened a new office in Porto. The operation will be led by tax expert Miguel Gonzalez Amado. Pedro Duarte Batista will also join the office to handle corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions. Both lawyers previously worked at Vieira de Almeida.
A nova operação será liderada por Miguel Gonzalez Amado, fiscalista, e contará também com Pedro Duarte Batista, na área de Societário e Fusões e Aquisições (M&A). Ambos os advogados transitam da Vieira de Almeida.
