The Council of Ministers has approved a decree to allocate land for a new solar power plant. The site is located in Gongasso, within the Sikasso circle. The land assigned to the Ministry of Energy and Water covers 211.93 hectares. This area will be used to build a photovoltaic solar plant with a capacity of 100 MW.
