The Nepal Electricity Authority has urged the public to take precautions because moderate to heavy rainfall is possible in various parts of the country on Kartik 13 and 14. It issued the warning after the Meteorological Forecasting Division released a special weather bulletin on Kartik 9. The authority says electricity service could be interrupted during the cyclone.
