Frechette holds mid-campaign cabinet meeting ahead of counter-tariffs

The meeting comes as Canada prepares to impose retaliatory tariffs on a wide range of U.S. goods on Sept. 8 in response to President Donald Trump's own 50 per cent tariffs.
