The Supreme Court has set a new precedent on hearing habeas corpus petitions for detainees whose detention was allowed or whose remand was extended by lower courts. It said such petitions can be heard, but the court should not enter into the subject matter during that process.
तल्लो तहका अदालतबाट थुना अनुमति भएको वा म्याद थपिएको थुनुवाका बारेमा बन्दीप्रत्यक्षीकरणको निवेदन हेर्ने विषयमा नयाँ नजिर प्रतिपादन गर्दै सर्वोच्च अदालतले तर त्यस क्रममा विषयवस्तुभित्र प्रवेश गर्न भने नहुने मत अघि सारेको छ ।
