Putin claimed that Russia was a victim of terrorist attacks regarding the sabotage of the Nord Stream gas pipeline. He also criticized sanctions imposed by Europe on the purchase of technology and equipment. According to him, these restrictions have a negative effect on the supply of the European bloc itself.
