Clarity regarding the nature permit for Schiphol may take up to two more years. The Council of State is considering asking questions to the European Court of Justice during the appeal process. If this occurs, the case will not proceed until 2028.
Het duurt mogelijk nog twee jaar voordat er duidelijkheid komt over de natuurvergunning van Schiphol. De Raad van State overweegt in het hoger beroep vragen te stellen aan het Europese Hof van Justitie. In dat geval gaat de zaak pas in 2028 verder.
