Gino Lorenzini pierde última batalla por FyF y arriesga arresto nocturno de no pagar multa de $36 millones
Gino Lorenzini, the founder of Felices y Forrados, lost his final legal battle regarding a fine for misleading advertising. He now faces a penalty of 36 million dollars. Failure to pay this amount could result in his arrest during nighttime hours. Lorenzini criticized the situation, arguing that he was once the one renting the most. He claimed that current pension funds are now losing money across all multifunds. He stated that if the authorities want a photo of him being arrested for the media, they will get it.
"Quieren meter preso al que rentaba más, mientras ahora todas las AFP pierden en todos los multifondos. Si quieren esa foto para los medios, la van a tener", contesta el fundador de Felices y Forrados, tras el último revés en tribunales por una sanción por publicidad engañosa.
