The President's Office sent a letter to the Constitutional Tribunal. The document states that taking an oath at the Sejm headquarters is not equivalent to swearing it before the President. This occurred even if the Marshal of the Sejm and the Marshal of the Senate were present.
Jak przekazała rzeczniczka TK Weronika Ścibor, w piśmie zaznaczono m.in., że "złożenie ślubowania w siedzibie Sejmu w obecności Marszałka Sejmu i Marszałek Senatu, przy jednoczesnym braku Prezydenta RP nie może być uznane za równoważne złożeniu ślubowania wobec Prezydenta RP".
