وزير العدل يحذر من المقاربة "الشعبوية" في محاربة الفساد بالمغرب
Morocco’s justice minister, Abdellatif Ouahbi, said Tuesday that the government will soon introduce a legal arsenal to fight corruption. He pointed to plans for two draft laws: one to criminalize illicit enrichment and another to address conflicts of interest. Ouahbi said the legal provisions would respect the presumption of innocence. He made the remarks to parliamentary counselors during a plenary session of oral questions, and warned against a populist approach to fighting corruption.
