A former gendarme who swam to Ceuta will appear before Judge María Tardón of the National Court this Wednesday. He intends to identify high-ranking officials from the Moroccan Interior Ministry who he claims were giving orders at the border. Two other Moroccan nationals who entered during the migratory wave will also testify. These witnesses have pointed to security forces from Rabat regarding the events.
