Housing protesters began gathering near the Assembly of the Republic on Tuesday afternoon. Municipal Police instructed local merchants to close their businesses. This closure period was set between 18:00 and 22:00.
Polícia Municipal, durante a tarde desta terça-feira, deu indicação aos comerciantes naquela área para encerrarem os estabelecimentos entre as 18h00 e as 22h00.
