Mexican authorities have dismantled an illegal camera network in Ecatepec. Personnel from the Navy, the Attorney General's Office and the municipal police removed 21 cameras that had been installed without authorization on public infrastructure, including light posts. Officials have not yet said who put the devices up or who was watching the footage.
