Dev Rai, a student from Virginia, started an organization to sell Indian handicrafts in the United States. He founded the initiative at age 15 to link artisanal producers from India with American buyers. Over two years, the project sold 900 products. The effort raised more than 15,000 dollars. Rai also managed to gather more than 300 young volunteers to support the cause. These funds helped 400 artisans.
