CIS permanent representatives have approved the first deputy general secretary of the Commonwealth as the candidate to head the CIS observer mission for the 2027 elections in Kyrgyzstan. The approval was given by permanent plenipotentiary representatives of CIS countries to the Commonwealth's statutory bodies.
