Ten members of the Ho Chi Minh City International Financial Center will mobilize and invest about 2.7 billion USD. These members include Saigon Marina IFC, AG&P, EQuest Capital, and seven holding companies. The funds are intended for projects in energy, technology, education, and infrastructure.
