A plasterer died after safety rules were violated during a lifting operation in Brest. Two workers carrying bricks to the fourth floor exceeded the permitted load on the equipment, and the lift structures collapsed with them. The two workers were not injured, but counterweights fixed to the roof of the facility fell onto the 44-year-old plasterer, who was in the danger zone. The Brest prosecutor's office has sent the case to court.
