The mayor of Tshwane, Nasiphi Moya, said water supply is slowly returning to parts of Garsfontein and Elardus Park. Reservoir levels have begun to recover after a period of low storage. Rehabilitation work is ongoing at the Bronkhorstspruit Water Treatment Works. The work aims to restore full service to the affected suburbs. Officials expect further improvements as the treatment plant completes its upgrades. Residents have been advised to continue conserving water while the system stabilises.
