The NEPSE index rose 33.29 points on Wednesday to settle at 2,664. Prices increased for 241 companies and fell for 35, while three stayed unchanged. Trading turnover rose to 7 arba 45 crore from 5 arba 80 crore the previous day. The report describes the turnover as the highest in a month and a half.
