Perikatan Nasional has asked the High Court in Kuala Lumpur for permission to start committal proceedings against the Registrar of Societies. This request follows the decision by the Registrar to cancel the registration of the coalition. The cancellation happened while a judicial review application was still in progress.
KUALA LUMPUR: Perikatan Nasional (PN) memohon kebenaran Mahkamah Tinggi di sini untuk memulakan prosiding komital terhadap Pendaftar Pertubuhan Malaysia (RoS) berhubung tindakan membatalkan pendaftaran gabungan itu ketika permohonan semakan kehakiman masih berjalan.
